In an effort to better document what is needed for a typical wednesday night at St. Francis, here is a 1st draft of the typical tasks at St. Francis.

• Be there at 6:30pm to take over for the cleaning crew at St. Francis
• setup the information table
• have enough tri-fold fliers
• have enough quarter page calendars
  
  
• have someone to greet people as they come in
• arrange the chairs
• setup the speakers, projector and laptop (if applicable).
• make sure all of the equipment is available
• make sure someone is available to setup and troubleshoot
  
  
• intro to PPO
• announcements
• manage the flow of the discussion and/or break out groups
• coordinate with the speaker (if applicable) for the evening
• answer any of the end of the night questions
• bring the breakout groups (if applicable) back together by 8:40pm to go over what was discussed.
